Our boutique guest house is all yours for private exclusive use. Our ground floor consists of the main lounge room, large entertainment / dining room / bar and commercial kitchen. All 15 guest rooms are on the first floor.

Our ground and first floor balconies face Hesse St. There are no lifts, and first floor is accessible via the main staircase or back stairs in the rear courtyard.

Ground Floor Facilities

A private lounge room / sports room to sit back and relax with friends. Large entertainment / dining room, and bar adjacent to the kitchen, comfortably catering for all 35 guests. Table settings can be adjusted for your Functions/ Events / Weddings / Celebrations needs.

A large lounge room and sitting room with TV for chilling out with fire place in winter. The room has a split system heating and cooling unit for your comfort.

Fully equipped large commercial kitchen complete with utensils for all your cooking or catering needs. External caterers can use facilities if pre-arranged. Our fully equipment commercial kitchen, previously a five star restaurant, is now all yours, for your special occasion/event.

Front balconies on ground floor and first floor wonderful space for relaxing. There is a rear open air courtyard for sitting and storing bikes or recreational equipment. Male and female rear toilets and a Laundry for guests to use if staying for extended periods.

First Floor Facilities

All the bedrooms are located on the first floor. Go to “View our rooms”. A smaller communal lounge and sitting room. Includes TV, DVD and fridge. Extensive collection of DVDs are kept in the main lounge for use by guests. This lounge also connects to the balcony facing the street for sitting and relaxing .
