Our boutique guest house is all yours for private exclusive use. Our ground floor comprises the main lounge room, large entertainment/dining room/bar and commercial kitchen. All 15 guest rooms are on the first floor.
Our ground and first-floor balconies face Hesse St. There are no lifts, and the first floor is accessible via the main staircase or back stairs in the rear courtyard.

A private lounge room/sports room to sit back and relax with friends. Large entertainment/dining room and bar adjacent to the kitchen, comfortably catering for all 35 guests. Table settings can be adjusted for your Functions/ Events / Weddings / Celebrations needs.
A large lounge room and a sitting room with a TV for chilling out with a fireplace in winter. The room has a split system heating and cooling unit for your comfort.

Front balconies on the ground floor and first floor are wonderful spaces for relaxing. There is a rear open-air courtyard for sitting and storing bikes or recreational equipment. Male and female rear toilets and a Laundry for guests to use if staying for extended periods.
First Floor Facilities
All the bedrooms are located on the first floor. Go to “View our rooms”. A smaller communal lounge and sitting room. Includes television and fridge. This lounge also connects to the balcony facing the street for sitting and relaxing.
